Bradley Eskins
Managing Partner
Mr. Eskins is a past or present member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is the President of the West Tennessee Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Eskins has been an invited speaker on issues related to claims at national conventions in Palm Springs, California, Nashville, Tennessee and Los Angeles, California.
Actively involved in his community, Eskins has coached Pee Wee Football and volunteered in numerous community organizations. He is also an avid motorcycle rider and a member of the Harley Owners Group, which engages in group rides and community service and outreach.
Married for more than 25 years to his wife, who has more than a decade of experience as a hospital and surgical nurse, he often taps into her experience to review claims.
Mr. Eskins received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington and earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 1998. He was listed in “Who’s Who among American law students” in 1998.

Eskins, is admitted to the Tennessee Bar, the Mississippi Bar, the United States District Court Western District of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and to the United States Supreme Court. He is licensed in The United States Court of Federal Claims, which has jurisdiction to hear vaccine claims in all 50 states under The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

James E.
