Bradley Eskins

Managing Partner

With more than 25 years of litigation experience representing claimants and defendants, Bradley Eskins is familiar with the manner and the methods utilized by those who seek to defend claims. Mr. Eskins approaches all claims with an anticipation of possible defenses and utilizes his experience to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Mr. Eskins takes pride in his tenacity and character. He does not rest until he exhausts all efforts to obtain the best possible results for his clients.

Mr. Eskins is a past or present member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He is the President of the West Tennessee Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Eskins has been an invited speaker on issues related to claims at national conventions in Palm Springs, California, Nashville, Tennessee and Los Angeles, California.

Actively involved in his community, Eskins has coached Pee Wee Football and volunteered in numerous community organizations. He is also an avid motorcycle rider and a member of the Harley Owners Group, which engages in group rides and community service and outreach.

Married for more than 25 years to his wife, who has more than a decade of experience as a hospital and surgical nurse, he often taps into her experience to review claims.

Mr. Eskins received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington and earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 1998. He was listed in “Who’s Who among American law students” in 1998.

Bradley W. Eskins, is admitted to the Tennessee Bar, the Mississippi Bar, the United States District Court Western District of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and to the United States Supreme Court. He is licensed in The United States Court of Federal Claims, which has jurisdiction to hear vaccine claims in all 50 states under The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

James E. King, Jr.

Managing Partner

James E. King, Jr., was born in Florence, Alabama on July 4, 1965. Admitted to bar, 2001, Tennessee and U.S. District Court Western District of Tennessee, 2001 also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
 
Education: University of North Alabama, (B.A., 1989); Loyola University, New Orleans School of Law, (J.D., 2000). Member: Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association.
 
James E. King has litigated cases in state courts of Tennessee and Alabama, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts of Tennessee, Mississippi, and, Alabama as well as several cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. King is licensed in The United States Court of Federal Claims, which has jurisdiction to hear vaccine claims in all 50 states under The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program
